Individuals

One to one Sessions

This service is available to all ages and all levels of ability.

A member of our expert team will work alongside you to help you achieve your goals.

The one to one sessions are run for those who feel a more personal or bespoke session would be of benefit to the individual

Small Group Sessions

Small group sessions allows an individual to work on specific elements of their physical function and rehabilitation. Working in a similar way to elite sport training, the individual will work on their pre-arranged programme around various pieces of equipment under the supervision of a personal trainer or physiotherapist.

Individual clients move into these sessions after an initial functional assessment to determine their goals and abilities.

Larger Group Sessions

For all ages and all levels of ability

The Larger group sessions are run for those who want to add a social element to their training, work more indepedently or have a variety of sessions in their week. A larger group class is a cost-effective way to train little and often.

Virtual Online Sessions

Set up during the Covid-19 crisis, to help people stay active and to give a sense of community support, we have continued our Able2B@home service for people who are unable to get out of their own homes or who live too far away to attend our classes in person.

Signing up for these classes means you can access as many or as few as you wish throughout the week.

This is a great way to work with Able2B if you live outside the Norfolk area, you have difficulty in leaving the home or you just wish to supplement your face to face sessions with something more regularly.

Services for Carers

Carers class and coffee

The Carers’ Fitness Class initiative gives carers a chance to maintain their own physical fitness and well-being.

It is essential as a carer to look after yourself too to be sure of being able to sustain your role.

Come along to one of our carer’s sessions and improve your physical fitness whilst getting the support from others.
