For all ages with physical and learning disabilities, we offer one to one, group sessions and larger group classes. Face to face services run from our adapted gym in Norwich and online for anyone unable to get to the gym.
Able2B works with many Special Education Needs and Mainstream Schools and Disability Organisations to provide inclusive services to improve physical function, self confidence and social skills.
Input from our medical experts mean we are in a position to understand and work with a full range of medical problems.
If you are a GP Practice, therapy service, Hospital Organisation or Care Home we can provide a bespoke class specifically adapted to your patient/resident group.
Working with businesses to help with inclusivity consultations, supported work experience, team building for all abilities and disabled employee support in the workplace.
Our admin team will explain our services, what we offer and take some details to suggest what might work for you.
If our services are suitable the next step is to book an assessment.
The assessment is performed by one of our senior team. During this appointment we will discuss in more detail your needs, take you around the equipment so that we get to know your abilities and you get an idea of what is on offer and what you like and don’t like. We will assess your current ability and get some idea of what might be possible. We will then discuss the session with you, how you found it and together decide on the best services for you moving forward to achieve your goals
You then go away to think it over, and if you wish to start with the suggestions made we will book you into the relevant classes or one to ones.
