Naidex, based in Birmingham, is the UK’s leading event dedicated to empowering and supporting disabled individuals. It has been running for over 50 years and we are so excited to be a part of it this year on 20th March at 10:30.
With co-founders Rachael Hutchinson and Jon Thaxton running this event, we are aiming for the biggest live adapted exercise class ever held with 15 minute classes. Both people at the conference and those joining online will be able to attend and it will be suitable for all abilities including people with severe physical and learning disabilities.
