Small group training allows an individual to work on specific elements of physical function and rehabilitation. Working in a similar way to elite sport training, the individual will work around various pieces of equipment under the supervision of our staff.
Individual clients move into these sessions after an initial assessment to determine their goals and abilities.
Small group training can also be arranged as a bespoke class for a group of individuals who wish to work together on a regular basis, such as a group of work colleagues, friends or members of a sports team. The needs of the group would be discussed at a pre-class meeting. As well as physical fitness, these classes can be used for team building programmes, employee well-being, strength and conditioning training for sport’s groups or just as an opportunity to train with friends and family.
