We are having the official opening of our extension of services and facilities.
As many will have noticed we have expanded into next door and as such have a new Swimspa for adapted water therapy, a bigger gym with new opportunities, a Frame Running club and much more.
Join us on Saturday 13th May 9am-3pm to help us celebrate. There will be live demonstrations of all our services, talks by the team, raffle and refreshments.
